Fits-U offer clients in South London and Surrey a variety of differing training options and fitness plans that can be structured and fully optimised to specific needs and requirements.
We create fun, results driven training plans designed to motivate and spur on individuals, athletes or sports teams who are willing to make changes to existing fitness or training regimes in order to increase personal well being, self esteem, reduce body fat, aid weight loss, increase energy levels, improve general stamina, increase fitness levels and increase sports performance.
We currently work with a wide variety of people including racing drivers, netball teams, footballers, hockey teams, tennis players, squash players, sprinters, long distance runners, tri athletes, boxers, body builders, golfers and swimmers.
As well as offering structured training plans, we can tailor our expertise in fitness conditioning to any athlete or individual making Fits-U Personal Training a great complement to any training schedule or regime in place.

This can be worked into your personal training session if you would like to try something different or alternatively we have a weekly class on a saturday morning you can attend. |

Body sculpting |

Bodybuilding |

We run regular 6 week courses for anyone wanting to try a different approach to fitness. We also include some boxercise in 1-1 sessions if the client is capable and willing to try it. |

This is a vital part of any health and fitness programme. Our core muscles help with balance, posture and general body well being, and we will give you some fantastic core exercises to try and you will reap the rewards. |

Fitness testing |

Fits-U will carry out a fitness assessment on the first exercise session to record a base level, so we can monitor your progress for future programme's and goals. These tests are usually carried out every 6 weeks along with a body composition analysis. |

Flexibility |

Flexibility training is key to keeping your body injury free and toned. We shall make sure that you are aware of the benefits of regular stretching and include it as a part of your programme. We can also give you assisted stretching exercises during 1-1 sessions. |

Home visits |

| |
We are happy to train you in your own home, depending on location and will bring all the equipment needed to give you a fabulous workout. We don't need a great deal of space and being trained at home saves you time in not having to travel to the gym etc |

Nutrition |

Upon your initial consultation we shall discuss current nutrition and dietary habits. Nutrition is key to improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, as our bodies run like an engine and most of us do not realise the impact of what and when we eat. |
