Why we do consultations and fitness testing ?
We undertake consultations and fitness testing for a number of reasons, namely to screen you for any health or injury problems which may put you at risk while exercising as well as :
To establish a baseline of your current fitness and health levels to measure improvements against past performance.
To establish your individual goals and targets to aid us in creating a specialised programme to suit your needs.
Various Fitness Tests will be carried out according to your goals and targets.
Personal Training or Aerobics
Focus exercise sessions with a personal trainer undertaking varied workouts that will maximise your exercise time and keep your spirits alive with new and exciting methods of training.
Buddy Training
If your tired of training alone or you just don’t fancy all the focus being centred on you with a 1-1 session then we can offer to train you and a friend or family member together.
You will gain the same benefits along with added support from your buddy partner at a cheaper rate.
If you find that you are the committed one out of your friends and family and cannot get them to come and train with you, but like the idea of a buddy partner then please read about our PRO training service.
PRO Training
PRO training has been designed to give support to the client who would like a training buddy to workout with, but this training buddy is a personal trainer!
There are many people who feel that they have the knowledge and experience in training and would like someone to train with. On the other hand there are exercisers who find that family and friends are just not interested and they don’t like the idea of a 1-1 focus session, but would like the support and motivation on their workouts coupled with someone to train with.
Strike Pad Work
If you want to get a different workout from your usual routine or your individual programme or would like to get the frustrations of life out of your system, then why not try a strike session.
This is an exercise workout based on a circuit type approach followed by focusing on correct technique with boxing gloves and pads. You will find this fun and very effective and this type of training will bring a new dimension to your future workouts.
Boxercise Courses
This type of session comprises of 1hr group training sessions, every week for 6 weeks, with 2 instructors, held with a maximum of 12 people per course.
This course is aimed at individuals who would like to learn the principles of boxing and kick boxing incorporating cardio training along the way. This type of training session will help improve your health, fitness, strength and stamina levels.
All the equipment is supplied so you do not have to worrying about buying anything to participate. Call us to find out when and where the next course is being held.
Diet & Nutrition
During your initial consultation all your health and fitness goals and aspirations will be discussed, giving you the opportunity to voice any concerns or qualms you have about starting or even maintaining a fitness regime. You will then complete a lifestyle and diet diary to help make sure that a sensible healthy eating plan will be put in place for you to follow ensuring your body has the correct fuel to burn while you exercise as well as the fuel to power you whilst you undertake your daily tasks.
You will find that having a healthy eating attitude will give you more energy, stamina, awareness and will promote a positive outlook.
You will still be able to have the things that you enjoy too!!

Personal Shopper
This service has been designed for clients who wish to have a guiding hand with their food shop. We have all been known to go to the local supermarket and fill up the trolley with the things we know are not good for us, but also the things that we are led to believe are good for us.
The food then goes in the cupboards and you are tempted to eat it regardless of how dedicated you are trying to be.
If the right food is in the cupboards then you will be more likely to stay on course with your nutrition and your goals.
I will chaperone you to the store and give you the advice and knowledge that you will need for future visits, or if you are really naughty then you may just need me to support you on a weekly basis.
We also run a number of fitness breaks where clients can participate in group training activities within scenic surroundings as well as other sporting events and activities designed to get you fit and active
