Question : What equipment do I need? |
Answer : I will supply all the equipment necessary for your workout. All you need to bring is yourself in loose comfortable clothing and trainers. |

Question : Do I need a medical certificate? |
Answer : As a part of your assessment you will be asked to fill out a PAR-Q form. This will include questions about your health and any health related problems you may have. If anything causes slight concern then I will refer you to your doctor to get clearance. I will take your blood pressure to make sure it is safe to exercise you, just in case you are unaware of your blood pressure status. |

Question : Am I fit enough to start? |
Answer : I assess every individual carefully to make sure we start at a base point that they are comfortable with. I can create a programme that can cater for the beginner or the very fit and advanced trainer. |

Question : Can I work out on my own? |
Answer : My programme will be designed for you, so that you will be confident to work out on your own. You will be shown the exercises and techniques involved to make sure you are safe while training alone. |

Question : Can I be trained anywhere else, other than a gym? |
Answer : Yes. I can visit your home, place of work, local park or any suitable place of your choice? |

Question : Are you qualified? |
Answer : Yes. YMCA Level 3 – Personal Fitness Instructor. This also means that I am a member of REPS the governing body of Exercise Professionals. |

Question : Are you insured? |
Answer : Yes. This is requirement to be met in order to be a member of REPS. |

Question : Are you first aid trained? |
Answer : Yes. This is a requirement to be met in order to be a member of REPS. |
