When you join Fits-U Personal Training, not only will you benefit from our extensive health and fitness knowledge, you will also receive a personalised fitness programme specifically optimised and designed to help you reach your goals.
The monthly fitness challenges have been set up to encourage clients and anyone else out there to focus and practice a particular technique for 1 month.
They can then see the improvements they are making with regards to that exercise and at the end of every month we will post our results up for everyone to see how well they have done.
We have chosen different types of exercises to release online each month, due to clients having different strengths and weaknesses and we don’t want the same person winning all the time do we!
Just to add a bit more competition to proceedings Lucy and I are going to go head to head each month on the exercise, so keep your eyes peeled for the trainer results too !
