Fits-U offer clients in South London and Surrey a variety of differing training options and fitness plans that can be structured and fully optimised to specific needs and requirements.
We create fun, results driven training plans designed to motivate and spur on individuals, athletes or sports teams who wish to make changes to existing fitness or training regimes in order to increase health and fitness through personal well being, self esteem, body fat reduction, weight loss, increased energy levels, improved stamina, increased fitness levels and increased sports performance.
The event has been designed to get individuals to try different types of exercise class.

I myself have been known to stick to classes I feel comfortable with because I have not been keen on making a fool of myself re co-ordination, strength or flexibility etc.
The classes day is made up of half hour sessions with a 15minute interval between each one so that it is enough to try and see if it is something you would actually enjoy, even though you thought it would not have been your cup of tea!
Generally on the last 2 events, for the ticket price of just £35 we have included 8 half hour classes with a buffet lunch. Samples of classes from the last 2 previous events includes Yoga, Pilate's, Spin, Circuits, Boxercise, Body Conditioning, Step, Aerobic Dance, Salsa, Body Pump, Cardio kick.
Both events have been very successful and the participants have defiantly enjoyed themselves and feel very happy that although they have been tired at the end of the day they have burned approximately 2000- 2500 calories!!
